"This is a great property for the price. Nice Infinity pool . Loved the room and the Shangri-La spa. The Onsen treatment was so relaxing and therapeutic. Only issue was with the restaurant food off the menu . Not good. Buffet in the morning was excellent."

"The room was spacious and met our needs. It was in a decent location. Breakfast was also good. The only thing that was a little awkward was the bathtub. It sits high off the ground so you have to step onto a step stool to get in and out. The stool is not that stable so you have to be careful going in and out of the tub/shower. Also, make sure to turn the hot water button on 10-15 minutes before you shower. Lastly, I tried to communicate with the hotel through hotels.com but they were not...

"The hotel was inoperational. Closed for renovations. However the management have organised another hotel for us it was very rewarding but a bit far from where we want to stay. Overall it’s was an experience for us. The other hotel was nice and clean. the staffs was very friendly. The breakfast was average. Overall great. "
