"The staff was very unfriendly upon arrival, almost seemed like it bothered them that we were there. The location is a bit aways from things that are going on in Koh Phi Phi, which wasn't a big deal but we wish it was more known on the hotel description. The rooms were very dingy and bare, our beds rolled around when we sat on them. The floor gets very sandy and at night there are a lot of mosquitoes. The room was so bare it was uncomfortable. We moved to a hotel down the road the next night."

"This property gives you the bare necessities, and not much more. The view is excellent, and you have to climb a lot of stairs if you’re staying in the higher up cottages. We really didn’t need much more for our stay in phi phi, and found it affordable when comparable to other accommodations. "Nice hotel in a nice location. Some reception staff are more helpful than others. Breakfast is awful. Cleaning staff take all of 1 minute to "refresh" your room. At check in you're asked to give a 1000 baht deposit, which is absolutely fine. At check out we were told that a bottle opener was missing from our room.
