"People were friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean. The location was great- 2 block walk to the U3 and 4 blocks to the ring and trams. Lots of places to eat, drink and shop close by. Breakfast was very good- great coffee, lots of tea choices, meats, cheeses, fresh fruits, brotchen, kuchen, eggs, sausages, fruit juice, etc. It is not pretentious and fancy. It is much better than basic lodging."

"My son and I stayed for 9 nights in a jr. suite. The property, room, and staff were top notch, no exceptions. Perhaps my most enjoyable hotel experience ever. Wish this place was in the U.S. so it was closer for a return trip. Location was excellent. Walkable to all major sights, shopping and food. We also enjoyed excellent food right in the hotel restaurant. Would give 6 stars if it was an option. Thank you for a wonderful stay! "

"Good, other than my laptop and wallet got trapped in the room safe - battery needed replacing but no-one had a key to the battery compartment. Managed to get the safe open but was then not usable until engineers available next morning. Lost about 2hrs of work. Batteries should be checked regularly."
