Great location, super friendly staff

Service at the hotel is impeccable. Staff speak multiple languages and are incredibly accommodating. The hotel has a spa, great restaurants and facilities. The hotel is well located with Stadtpark across the way, a trolly (number 2) stops just outside and takes you into the city centre in just one or two stops. The tube is nearby too on the other side of the park.
