"Quaint little place in Vancouver, very close to the City Hall Skytrain station. Room was clean, had a coffee machine and fridge, clean towels and bathroom supplies. The front desk person was nice and made sure to give me food when she learnt I would check out before the complimentary breakfast."

"The hotel rooms were very comfortable and amenities like a full kitchen as well as a washer/dryer in the unit are a great feature. The staff were friendly and responded quickly. Unfortunately, the area around the hotel did not feel safe. I witnessed drug use on the sidewalk as I walked on the street next to the hotel. This was during the day."

"Don't trust the pictures and reviews on this property. I think AI was used to enhance the look. There was drug interactions and use right outside the premises. The receptionist was very pleasant and could see how horrified we were. We were able to get our money refunded within 48 hours. We found a safe motel closer to the Lion's Gate Hospital and it was safe."

"I had arrived without discovering instructions on how to enter the home (my bad). I panicked a little, but there were instructions by the door on how to contact the host. Unfortunately, I had a rough day because I discovered I had to get approval from my carrier for int'l roaming. Thank GOD there was a doorbell! The host answered right away and was so kind and understanding. It's a gorgeous house. And, everything was labeled clearly. In the rooms that shared bathrooms, there was items with the room numbers so you knew exactly where to store your items. Same for the refrigerator. I bought water bottles, but realized that there was filtered water on the fridge. They also provided coffee and cereal on the countertops. It was a nice homey stay that was very relaxing."
