"This property was an absolute winner. We had 3 different parts of our family and there was plenty of room for everyone. It is so well equipped and provided lots of wonderful 'niceties' that you don't often get. Literally other than food, there was everything you could want. There's a shed that is equipped with beach chairs, snorkel equipment, umbrellas, sand toys - so wonderful to have that all provided. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly dream of. And there are air conditioning split systems all through the house so it's very comfortable everywhere.And on top of all this, Chris was SO easy to work with and so responsive to all our concerns. He just could not be a better contact or help. Thanks again, Chris for our wonderful family vacation.You can't go wrong in renting this house. Can't think of a negative thing to say."

"It is a nice 1 bedroom suite with sleeping for 5 including a sofa bed. They have all the amenities available including beach chairs, towels, beach umbrellas. Also the kitchen is full stocked with pots and table ware along with coffee and other condiments. The AC was great, and so was the internet and cable ready. We used our own accts for netflix and prime. Cleaning supplies were also plentiful along with a vacum. They also had an ironing board laundry detergent, hair dryer and plenty of toiletries. They had some board games to keep the kids entertained. The balcony had a neat ocean view with nice patio furniture. It is in a very convienient location wuth a nice ocean view and plenty of parking. The kids borrowed some golf clubs for some 4 hole course. The bbq facilities were also great and clean. We will definitely come back for another stay. Also the neigborhood is pretty safe."

"Choosing this property for our home away from home during our visit to Maui was the best decision of our entire Hawaiian voyage thus far. Immaculate rooms, great amenities, and unbeatable proximity to the ocean. We listened to the waves crash every morning and night, and had easy access to everything Maui has to offer during the day. I did not want to leave this place!* Pro tip: This complex also has easy access to laundry in the breezeway for just a few bucks, so don't let in-room units sway you to another property!"

"Our family vacation was amazing. The large lanai and front grassy area with palms and beachfront made evening and morning gathering with the family magical. The house was well stocked with all you need. The location was great with close restaurants and a great launching point to see the rest of Maui. Just wonderful. 酪"

Penthouse Oceanview Vistas

"Property was ok. Bed was super hard and unusable for me so I slept had to sleep on the couch. Front door stopper failed to hold door open so it made it impossible to roll in our luggage without getting hit. Heard a crying baby from a nearby unit every morning from the balcony as we tried to enjoy our coffee and breakfast. Also lightbulbs in living room lamps could be switched out so the room would be same color. Thank goodness I brought sugar packets for my coffee cuz there were none in the unit. Caught a small roach and a gecko inside and let them out. Best part of condos was the super friendly Krista in the main office who was equivalent to a personal concierge."
