"Security could be a little nicer. Had great neighbors until the last night and I am pretty sure the people to our left stepping out on our patio we rude and security told us and the neighbor to keep it down or go inside everyone was talking not really that loud. And that was the only night anything was said. Keep the old crab bags on one side just a suggestion."

"Property was ok. Bed was super hard and unusable for me so I slept had to sleep on the couch. Front door stopper failed to hold door open so it made it impossible to roll in our luggage without getting hit. Heard a crying baby from a nearby unit every morning from the balcony as we tried to enjoy our coffee and breakfast. Also lightbulbs in living room lamps could be switched out so the room would be same color. Thank goodness I brought sugar packets for my coffee cuz there were none in the unit. Caught a small roach and a gecko inside and let them out. Best part of condos was the super friendly Krista in the main office who was equivalent to a personal concierge."

"Nice and quiet. Being so close to the beach makes a huge difference. Super clean. Thank you for the water and cookies. Loved the beach chairs and towels! Only thing would like to have known that the beach water was shallow. Still nice to hang out in but since no lifeguard a heads up would be nice. You’re just scared when you see it cause you don’t know how deep it is."

"The home was perfect for our family of 9. It is actually two condos which have been combined with a pass thru. We loved having two kitchens and two living areas. The home has so many beautiful touches and amenities…everything provided. Back yard was huge. Kids had picnics and built a lean to fro deal palm branches and pretended they were on Naked and Afraid. Beach easily accessible at end of tree line and we pretty much had it to ourselves. Pool large and we ate all of our in home meals on the outside table with the tiki torches. Had a crab and shrimp boil delivered by Maui Steamer Pots…delicious. Hosts were so accommodating and reacted swiftly to only one small issue that we had entire week. We loved Kihei…peaceful and quiet. I am what my kids call a “Karen” because I am a picky traveler. lol. You will not be disappointed renting this heavenly place. We did not want to leave."

"The family enjoyed our stay. Location was great. Enjoyed the little beach/beach equipment. Chris was responsive & polite. Loved having the separate cottage. Only disappointment was the cleanliness of the property. House needs a deep clean. Outside decks were filthy. Tiled walkways were broken and dangerous."
