Too expensive for what you get
Service is poor and cleanness not as good as it should be considering the hotel rate. I really suggest to study others alternatives before to make de decision to stay here. There are a lot of very good hotels in Granada and with much better location.

Would not go back
The staff in this hotel were very indifferent and not at all friendly. Customer service was terrible, check in and check out was extremely slow, they had 1 person in reception throughout our stay.

Excellent hotel ... BUT
The hotel ambience and the room were excellent and the service from the front desk was helpful and pleasant. There were however 2 negatives. 1. The restaurant, it was over priced and poor quality. The food was served hot on the outside and cold on the inside. A ’medium’ cooked steak in this restaurant was in fact ’very rare’. 2. There was no trolley available to help with the bags .. your on your own !! Overall ... great place to stay .. just eat somewhere else.
