Bellagio is overrated and not worth the money at all. The A/C wasn't working so I called the front desk and they dropped a fan off at the door and left. I paid too much money to have to suffer in Vegas heat in a top rating hotel with a fan in my room. I called the front desk about it and they said they sent someone up to fix it but never did. I even asked for a different room but was denied that as well. I will NEVER stay here again. Not to mention they charged me double at checkout and weren't supposed to. This was my first time in Vegas and it was a terrible experience. Never again!

I still like the Bellagio due to its central location on the strip, but this time our stay wasn't as smooth as the previous one. Had 2 room changes due to the hotel's fault (first one was because the housekeeper left our room door unlocked, second was due to construction noise), but got food and beverage credit at the end. Would still go back but would need to make sure there's no construction around our floor.

We love this hotel! Unfortunately, The issue we kept having was our bathroom lights did not work and no one was in to ever fix them. And we had neighbors who were banging on their doors at random hours throughout the day. Other than that, we still love this hotel and will continue to stay here.
