"Great place for people who can be totally independent and have a car. Large, clean, very well kept apartment which had one queen bed and two singles. No elevator. Good WIFI. Nicely equipped kitchen. But management does not seem to understand that the clients are tourists. For instance, there's a washing machine but no soap. There's a dishwasher but no soap. There's an oven, but no oven mitts. As a tourist, I don't plan on having to buy all the little necessities. I still give it 10 out...

"The instructions from Katarina were bang on and we had no trouble finding the hotel and the parking spot she had kept for us. We did let her know well in advance that we needed parking. The apartment was at the very top of the building in the attic, so there wasn’t much of a window and the roof line was very sloped. Not great for tall people. The stairs were also very tight. "Perfect quiet location next to sea ! Comfortable rooms beds with a balcony side view of sea . Lovely terrace on 2nd floor with hot tub loungers chairs and cover from sun on half of it . Views are amazing as there is a glass balustrade all round . We had a car but there is a regular number 8 bus takes you straight into old town Zadar . Staff were very welcoming , pleasant and helpful too . "
