"If arriving from Osaka (Umeda), there is an underground passage leading to the hotel. Head to Uncle Rikuro's Cheesecake (Floor B1), walk past it towards Atelier Albion, until you end up in a three way junction (right is towards Kita-Shinchi JR station), so turn left and on the right side of the wall, take the second to last exit: 11-43, where you'll find an escalator. Once you leave the escalator, you'll see the hotel and an alleyway, where the hotel entrance is found. Reception is on the 2nd floor. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and fairly spacious. No complaints."

"The room was comfortable and very clean. The staff are helpful, attentive and speak multiple languages. There is street noise at night but stopped close to midnight. Location is easy to get to anywhere in the city. The bar offers a nice place for a quiet night cap. Facilities were useful and well maintained: laundry, residents lounge for fridge, dining room, vending machines, ice and water filter."

"I loved the fact that it was inside the shin-Osaka station, so I didn’t have to leave the building to travel around. The hotel was super tiny, expected of Japan hotel rooms, but it had everything I needed, except a body cream. PS- If you book rooms that connect, the rooms are on the floor where they all have the same view: AC units. Don’t expect any other views."
