"The house is located in a small spot with 3 other houses and 2 being built. Some have mentioned the road in, but if you’ve been to Italy it’s not a big deal, typical gravel road, easy to navigate. The property has great views and is in a good place to explore northern Tuscany. It is a small house, perfect for 2 ppl. But I wouldn’t recommend for a family (there’s only one bedroom).
