"This property is not n a great location for dinning and exploring the town and attractions. Note that you cannot park near the property. You need to find parking and walk some distance on cobblestone to get to your room. "

"This place is amazing! The views are spectacular. The room was perfect and the grounds are exactly what you’d expect for Tuscany. The owner is on hand at all times and is very friendly and accommodating. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t get in until midnight. He stayed up for us and talked us through the directions there. You do need a car if you’re staying here since there is no public transportation. "

"The property was nicely decorated and within walking distance of the major attractions in Siena. Not sure if it is an Italian thing, but, the ones we have stayed at don’t provide soap for showering. Only downside, and that is not too important. "

"Charming little room right in the heart of the hilltop town of San Miniato. The checkin was super easy and the room was very spacious and easy to get to right at ground level with a separate side entrance right by the front-desk checkin. Would definitely stay again. "

"The property is very nice and they keep it super clean. The only issue I had was with regards to parking. The maximum time you can park is 2 hours, so i got a ticket for going over the time. To make matters worst, itwas supposed to be free parking on Sunday, but when I got up they were towing all the cars. Thankfully, my car wasn't towed but I got another ticket. When I talked to the manager, all he said was that he got a note to remove the cars from the street on Sunday, but he never...

"The place was lovely. The check-in tower was cool and Francesco was very friendly and helpful. It was a quit and perfect place for staying in the hills in Tuscana. A short walk to San Gimignano. "

"We enjoyed a lovely stay here whilst in Italy for a wedding. Silvia was a fantastic host, greeted us and showed us around when we arrived. The rooms were spotless, spacious and well kept. The breakfast provided was delightful and something we looked forward to each morning. The place is a stones throw away from the centre, and at the crossroads for all roads in and out of Volterra, with parking provided which was ace! Really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again! Thank you for having us...

"We loved our stay. The property is gorgeous, tucked away in the beautiful hills of Tuscany. The view in the morning with the sun coming up was incredibly picturesque. Worth noting that the property is located in the hills and out of the way of any amenities but it does have a Conad (supermarket) about 25-30 mins away. Place is clean and well organised, plenty of towels etc."
