"The Missori Suites is in a perfect location for the Duomo area. Situated on the 7th floor of the building it felt very safe and secure. Check in was easy - Monica kept in touch before our arrival and sent me photos on WhatsApp of the entrance to the building and where the elevator was situated. The apartments don’t have a 24 hour reception like a hotel would have but Monica showed us how to enter the building with the keys. "I was surprised to see that it was a shared kitchen with one other guest. The bed wasn't comfortable, old mattresses. The place was clean, not quiet due to children playing all day outside. The owner also texted me that I had to check in by 19:30 which made it very difficult, but he eventually agreed to meet me at 20:00. Also, the owner insisted on taking a picture of my passport. This I found to be odd and suspect. Be careful."
