The staff were there to ensure we had a smooth check in and were really friendly and welcoming. "Smooth check-in. Was expecting mini-fridge to keep out lunch stuff cold but there wasn’t one so had to bin our second day lunch which was annoying. No loo roll & aircon didn’t work so struggled to sleep. We have pretty low standards, so just went with it as literally just slept in the room"
