“Lovely hotel”

The hotel is lovely, it is in Juliet's courtyard which was disconcerting when we arrived dozens of milling tourists were there so we weren't sure we were in the right spot. Be aware taxis cannot drop you at the hotel - as it is a pedestrian mall - you need to walk about 30-40 metres which isn't too bad depending on how crowded the mall is and how bulky your bags are. The staff were very helpful except when we asked to go to Lake Garda they did not explain there was a bus we could catch to Sirmione or Bardolino even though I asked about buses specifically. Instead we were directed to taxis and trains which cost 3 times as much - anyway we got there - Lake Garda definitely worth a visit.

“Highly recommended”

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Getting inside the courtyard to check-in is a little chaotic with all the tourists joustling for pictures of Juliette's balcony but the gate is locked after 7:30 leaving the courtyard to the hotel's guests. Staff extremely helpful and couteous. Our only disappointment was we didn't get rooms facing the courtyard (I think 4 do and 4 do not) and Juliette's balcony but they were nicely appointed nonetheless. Breakfast is served to the room as there is no breakfast area. Pricey hotel but worth the cost.

“Great hotel”

This is a quaint hotel in the city center of Verona. It is a perfect location. It over looks the courtyard to the House of Giulietta. The courtyard is locked in the evening allowing hotel guests to take photos and read the history without having to fight the crowds. Rooms are very clean and very comfortable. The bathrooms have jacuzzi baths that are great after a day of walking. Your choice of breakfast is served in the room every morning. It was a more expensive hotel but well woth it. If we return to Verona I would love to stay there again!!

“The total verona experience”

For the perfect Verona experience stay at this beautiful little hotel. Our room was perfect with our own balcony overlooking Via capello and the Piazza Erbe. Breakfast is laid out for you in your own room at whatever time you choose and the hotel staff were so friendly. After this hotel, other hotels are going to seem very ordinary.

“Elegance, Romance and Luxury”

My daughter and I stayed at this lovely hotel, unfortunately for only one night. We would have loved to stay in the hotel and in Verona longer. Everything about the experience, from start to finish, was perfect. The staff effortlessly helped us park our car at a nearby indoor garage, handled our luggage and led us to a beautiful, elegant room with flowered balcony overlooking the street and piazza. Outdoor window shutters can completely block street sounds (and light) and the hotel was extremely quiet. The bed was sumptuous (tempurpedic with lovely linens), and the bathroom was brand-new, with the best shower and jacuzzi tub! From the computerized a/c, lighting and room music controls to the wonderfully chosen colors in the room, this hotel is wonderful. Breakfast is included and served in the room. It has a variety of rolls, meats, cheeses, and yogurts with jams. Eggs are available for a little more money. Though the hotel is located inside the courtyard for Juliet's balcony and tourists are plentiful during the day, the gates close at dusk and the courtyard is then private for hotel guests. This was an A+ hotel, our best on our 7 day journey. One can easily imagine a romantic holiday or honeymoon night here!

“Wonderful Accomodating Luxury Boutique Hotel”

Simple: If you can afford it, stop even thinking about any other hotel in Verona as this is simply the best. large rooms, great service, delivered breakfest, great location. We have traveled the world and even stayed in the World's only 7 star hotel and we travelled here with my 9 year old. This is a wonderful luxury Boutique hotel! Valentina and the entire staff was superb! In a country of disorganization, this is a wonderful Oasis.

“House of love”

You would not think that Romeo and Juliet was a work of fiction, judging by the throngs of tourists around this hotel. In spite of this, the hotel is quiet and beautifully maintained. No public rooms at all, but the attentive staff more than compensate.

“great boutique hotel”

It is a very elegant boutique hotel so does not have facilities like a lobby or dining room as in conventional 5* hotels. Room was very large and comfortable. moving in and out the hotel can be a hassle if done during the hours where the Juliet court is open to tourists (which is most of the day until 7:30 pm). Breakfast is served in the room which is very nice. A bit disappointed that there was neither wine nor fruit in the room when we arrived, as advertised . when I called I was told that it needs to be requested, so I got the wine with breakfast the next morning (but still got no fruit). Could have been a misunderstanding, but still disappointing (specially that it was a very special anniversary for us). all in all, a great hotel and will be glad to be back. (by then I hope that wine and fruit will not be forgotten.....)

“Lovely small Hotel in Verona”

Would absolutely go back. Fantastic location, nice staff, very helpful. Ignore the tourists in the courtyard and enjoy the surrounding walking streets of old town Verona. Great place!!
