The location was fantastic being in old town and near lots of cafes, restaurants, and shopping as well as public transportation. Having a washing machine was a definite plus as we travel light and need to do laundry often."

The host did give us access to the apartment more than an hour before scheduled check in time, but wasn't available when we called to be buzzed in. We were able to get in when another tenant opened the door to leave. The apartment was cleaned when we got there, but lacked some things we expected, like trash bags (every trash can was empty). "Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement très bien situé à quelques pas de la cathédrale. Cependant propreté des sols moyenne, description a revoir on vous annonce 4 chambres or l’une d’elle est traversante sur une autre chambre. Il manque du mobilier pour poser ses affaires pas une seule tablette dans la chambre traversante. Idem dans la salle de bain il manque un petit meuble d’appoint et nous n’étions que 4. Prévoir plus de vaisselle aussi. Merci"

"This is indeed a luxury property less than one minute walk to the best restaurant street in Tours. The apartment was a total rebuild of an old stone structure and has many designer touches. The large projection TV is situated for viewing from the king size bed. Parking is at a lot less than one minute walk away. The Loire River is 3 minutes away on foot. "Awful. It felt like a homeless person place. No AC, No Hairdryer, Shower head has to be held to be used, Dirty floors with circular burns in carpet, no toiletries or towels, no AC in fitness center, very sketchy area, dirty refrigerator, no coffee, very late checkin and very early checkout. Worst place I have EVER stayed. "

"The hotel is comfortable but located in a sketchy area. It’s convenient for three reasons, available parking for a fee, a shopping mall across the street with a small supermarket and a tram that takes you to the city center across the street on the main avenue. "
