"Very well-equipped holiday apartment with comfortable beds. Friendly front desk. Walking distance to many restaurants along the waterfront, and to public buses up on the hill. The building is older and feels a bit like a hospital or old people's residence, with swinging fire doors and dim lighting in the corridors. We LOVED the fact that it was 100 feet from the train station allowing us easy access to transportation, and just 4 blocks from the beach and all of the wonderful stores & restaurants in Cannes.
