“Good quality friendly hotel”
Our third visit to this hotel and it still maintains its high standards. The management are visible and told us of their plans to continually replace and upgrade facilities. All staff are friendly and eager to please.
“Simply Amazing”
The Sheraton La Caleta Resort & Spa, Costa Adeje, was above and beyond expectations, we were greeted with a beautiful reception and everything was quickly organised to get us to the room and settled in. The rooms where very spacious and fresh – the maids did a wonderful job of keeping them that way. The staff always made you felt comfortable and went the extra mile in order to make sure you where happy. I can safely say that I am extremely happy with my stay at the Sheraton La Caleta Resort & Spa. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanted a first class holiday.
“Relax and enjoy”
Having spent a week at this hotel, after investigating the huge selection in that particular area, we were hugely satified. The rooms were enormous, that includes the luxurious bathroom, and the bed was more than Kingsize! The communal areas were clean and tidy and the staff obliging and friendly. All in all we would definitely return to the Sheraton La Caleta albeit we would point out that it is really for couples not for families.
“Will certainly go back”
Terrific hotel set in beautiful surroundings. The staff were unbelievably friendly, courteous, attentive and efficient. Couldn't have asked for more regarding comfort and facilities. The meal and drink prices were on the high side but if we felt like economising, there were plenty of very good reataurants within a few minutes drive.
“Stunning Hotel”
This hotel is beautiful. The hotel is very clean & well appointed, the staff courteous and efficient and the grounds and pools are stunning. We had three very minor deficiencies with our room on arrival, which were reported to reception on our way to breakfast and were fixed by the time we returned! The breakfast buffet has the best selection i have seen anywhere to date and the quality of the food superb. The only downsides are that you pay 5* prices for drinks, the minibar requires a bank-loan and the hotel is a nice 15 minute stroll from the 'nightlife' and local resteraunts, although this is a pleasant trip along the seafront promenade. We would definately stay here again and are already planning our return trip later this year.
“Excellent Hotel, drinks very pricey but it is 5 Star!”
great Hotel, a bit of a walk to local bars and restaurants
“Exeptional follow upof complaints.”
We were upgraded to s suite on arrival due to my Platinum Starwood Member card. The Reception wasslick and extremely easy. We complained twice during our 7 day stay. Once for housekeeping and once for cold room servce food. Both of these complaints were dealt with quickly and the room service charge was cancelled from the bill. Tenerife is no longer cheap and eating either in the hotel or in the area was relatively expensive at on average 60 euros for two with wine. The Hotel pools and grounds are beautiful and the staff attentive to guests requirements. The Club Lounge was probably the poorest I have experienced but two hours of free drinks per night was, as ever, most appreciated. If I was planning a return trip I would stay at this hotel.
“Classy hotel”
Very impressive modern hotel, well designed, with a Moroccan look-- spacious. Welcome was friendly and service very good. Suitable for families or couples. Had a wonderful sunset ocean view across to La Gomera from Premium room. Area of Adeje is small and quiet, expensive and quite upmarket. There is a promenade from the back of the hotel into the town. My wife, 14 year old daughter and I enjoyed a wonderful, sunny week there in late October on B&B basis. Breakfast selection is huge, but the coffee machines keep breaking down. 4 restaurants, but one of them only open during the day. Japanese restaurant overpriced and not part of the all-inclusive. Didn't like the idea of 38 euro a head for Italian buffet. Not many shops and facilities in the area close by. Much of it still under construction. Overall a great experience.
“Top Tastic Tenerife”
Excellent location, friendly staff, 4th time back and am already planning my next visit
“Relaxing Luxury”
We had a lovely relaxing holiday in this fantastic hotel. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The food in the hotel was very good although overpriced. The room was very clean and had an amazing modern bathroom. The swimming pools were huge and there were plenty of sunbeds for everyone. Loved every minute of our holiday and would certainly come back to this hotel in the future.
