“Extremely great value and outstanding hotel and grounds”
All our expectations were exceeded, despite reading previous reviews. This is our experience; hotel very clean and well-maintained. Gorgeous terraced-style gardens (the 'jardines' part of the venue name), which were so well maintained you would think they were manicured with scissors on a daily basis. At night the lighting in the gardens makes for beautiful views from the Breeze bar. Two eating areas; the main restaurant and the pool snack bar. Two pools, although we only went to the larger main pool as the smaller pool used by people with little children. Main pool spotless and well designed, making your swim more fun. Food in restaurant was outstanding and SO MUCH of it! Just wander in, find a table, and a waiter will appear to lay out your table and provide you with drinks. After that you just grab a plate and wander around all the food areas deciding what to indulge yourself in. I would challenge anyone who said they couldn't find enough to make themselves feel sick on. New menu daily. The noise level is very low at the hotel, giving the very 'chilled out' feeling that you have gone in search of. We went out of school holiday times, but those families with children, of all ages, were very considerate of the quiet atmosphere and, for us anyway, there are no horror stories to tell. The room itself is air conditioned. Temperatures reached 36 degress in the day time. Bathroom was all fully functional and rooms cleaned daily. Ten minute walk from gorgeous volcanic sand beach.
“excellent chain of hotels”
very relaxing, plenty of everything. not perhaps suitable if have mobility probs and dont like lifts asked for a quiet room and for a change we got one! beds so comfortable and everything worked

some of the food was still raw when we tried to eat it, but overall we were somewhat satisified with it.
“Fantastic well maintained property in good location...Brutal Service”
This property is absolutely wonderful and a short walk from the beaches and the heart of Playa del America. We asked for a queen bed and they stuck to single beds together. Not comfortable at all. If you are going to stay at this hotel "right side" as you walk in the entrance. The loading dock and stafff smoke area are quite noisy and may not be condusive to a good night sleep. We had to move rooms. Finally the bartenders need tips or they will refuse to serve you which kind of defeats the purpose of an "all inclusive resort." This is a four star porperty with one star service.
“Not Impressed”
Great location and nice pool, but thought the food was very mediocre, as well as the beds being the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept on. Inexpensive stay, but wouldn't recommend to my friends.
