There were only 2 downsides to having that room, one was that it was up 2 flights of stairs, no elevator and the second was a window by the bed that didnt have a blackout shade. "We stay at a lot of hotels on family trips, but like Historic hotels on couples trips. this is the best Historic hotel we have ever stayed in. The service was top notch, it was very clean and up-kept (they didn't use "oldness" as an excuse to let things go), and they provided a basket of extra supplies at our door in the morning so we didn't have to ask. They also text with daily things to do. Oh, and parking is included in the price! We will definitely be staying here again! "
