“Convenient to Darling Harbour.”

Large, but very pleasant hotel - foyer, reception, lounge and restaurant area clean and smart. Rooms are dated. Many rooms with excellent views over Darling Harbour and Hotel has easy walking access to the Darling Harbour area and attractions for tourists. Convenient for business travelers needing close access to Sydney City business. Close to monorail and light rail.

“Outstanding stay”

Four Points at Darling Harbour had outstanding customer service! I'm in the hospitality business so I'm a harder customer than most, but the entire staff, from bellman to concegaire to front desk staff went out of their way to assist you and take care of anything you needed. Definitely would stay there again and the location was fantastic as well!

Would definitely recommend staying in the Darling Harbour area -- convenient to everything and had great restaurants right there by the hotel.

“The Rob”

My room was on level 3 and faced a 7 level car park which had neon lights all night. Even with my curtains closed there is enough light to keep you awake all night. The tv reception was not that good. Very grainy. The full breakfast option was excellent and the location is fantastic.

“Location covers minor shortcomes”

I stayed for the 10-the time in this hotel in a 8 year time frame. The location is just great and within 3 minutes walking distance to Darling harbor with a wide variety of good restaurants. Hotel however needs to be refurbished shortly since rooms are looking "old fashioned". Breakfast restaurant has slightly changed its serving, and coffee is "horrible" , looks that saving on coffee has been forced. Overall, I am not sure to stay there again, since quality dropped over the last years.

“Unsatisfactory behavior by fellow guests”

One would question the quality of guests at this hotel. Don't appreciate other guests abusing people in the hallway in a foreign language multiple times at the top of their voice at 6.15am on a Sunday morning. Concierge slow as well in sorting bags out.

“DJY”

Took my husband there for a surprise weekend away. Love love loved it! From the first moment, staff were super friendly and very professional. Helped me organise for a little surprise in our room for my husband. Thank you Susanna!! Great view of the harbour from our room. Perfect location, within walking distance to everything. Couldn't walk past the seafood buffet on Friday night - so delicious and great value for money. Everything about this hotel was great. Only negative is the very expensive parking (not part of the hotel but at a discounted rate for hotel guests). Cost us $80 for two nights. But I guess that's Sydney for you! Everything else was great though. Will def stay here again. Thanks again to Susanna. Was so nice to begin our weekend by meeting someone so lovely and friendly.

Hotel is within walking distance to everything in the city. My advice - just get out and walk everywhere - explore!! You will enjoy it. The Sydney Fish Market is a must for any seafood fan. Go there for lunch.
