Everything clean and in working order. Be aware that there is a stove top and microwave but no oven for baking. Perfect for a short stay for a couple, thank you for making it available at a reasonable price."

The location was within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. To be able to watch the sun rise and sun set with just a small walk from the cottage was breath taking. We look forward to returning to Cedar Key/ Rains Cottage sooner than later."
