We found that the hotel was excellent for its price, however we were a little alarmed when a plume of dust erupted from the air conditioning when we turned it on. Upon closer inspection, we saw that there was other debris in the vents too: a plastic candy wrapper, a small piece of foil, along with crumbs, etc.. It didn't give off a good feeling, especially considering the heat outside made A/C a necessity. We had an adjoining room with our parents, and their system showed an identical lack of maintenance. Overall, this was a good experience though. The rest of the room was well-kept and the free breakfast was rather good (yogourt, fresh fruit, and a waffle-maker augmented things nicely). We've always enjoyed the value for money that Super 8 offers. We just wish that housekeeping had been asked to step up their efforts regarding the climate control cleanliness.

“Driving over 12hrs and this is what happens”

Our overall experience upon check in was not very good. The room was wrong, got us into a room which was not cleaned (after 9pm). Immediatley called front desk and was placed in a clean room within 5min. Room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The breakfast was not that hot (cereal, muffins, bagel, bread)but they are in the process of adding more (waffes, etc) so that it is like the other Super 8's. The night lady was very very nice and professional. She was the ony one working and had quite a bit of irrate customers which she handled calmly. This hotel is better for people who just need to sleep, grab a quick breakfast and go. There are no exercise facilities or pool. For the price, I did expect more but overall the cleanliness is top priority in my books which they get an A+.

Even staying one night at the Super 8 in Sudbury, it was nice to see the staff, making it as pleasant as possible, even with a flood in my room on the first floor, they made sure that all was taking care of, doing their best with the situation. Big Thanks!

Great location, good rates and nice continental breakfast. We also found the rooms to be quite roomy.

This is an older hotel with good location and satisfactory modern conveniences. The price was accurate for it's worth.

“Great stay”

We are not a fan of the stains on the carpet. Wall decor seems out dated. I loved that there is a mini freezer in the mini fridge. Staff was outstanding. We would have appreciated conditioner with the shampoo.
