The only negative side - and I think it’s not related to the hotel itself - St. Julian’s is a party place so we were hearing a lot of noise in the hotel during the night, but stuff we’re reacting right away and dealing with those people. "For us, the hotel is one of the most important aspects of a holiday - and a massive part of that is the staff. They are integral to every aspect, and every member of staff we interacted with over 6 days were exemplary. From pre-holiday interactions with Sandro the concierge, check-in, housekeeping, beech/pool staff for towels, food and drinks and most of all, everyone in the exec lounge. Everyone was polite, engaging, friendly - and genuinely made us feel welcome and valued. You normally get a couple of outstanding people you remember, but in this instance - it was simply everyone. In fact, it was this that made us return for our 2nd visit, and rebook a 3rd. The hotel is outstanding. Rooms great, pools awesome, SPA lovely. Loads of facilities. Even when the hotel was at capacity by hosting a conference, the staff were attentive, on-hand and above and beyond. Malta itself is just wonderful. St. Julians is ideally located with easy access to great restaurants and bars, whilst the Hilton retains a "resort" feel, meaning you wouldn't need to leave the hotel if you didn't want to! A sincere thank you to everyone, again - and see you in May 2027!"
