"Excellent hotel with attentive staff. My room was by far the biggest I have stayed in. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Cleanliness was very good and I never heard any outside noise, so we'll insulated. I cannot fault this wonderful place. "

"AX The Victoria Hotel in Malta We had a brilliant and enjoyable week in Malta. We were welcomed at check in by MIRAZ. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony, thankyou. MIRAZ explained about how breakfast worked, timings for the gym and swimming pool and other eating options in the hotel and adjoining hotel, the Palace Hotel. We used the gym and indoor swimming pool a number of times. All clean and tidy, towels available for your use. We purchased an “I see malta pass” which included various activities around Malta. Forgot the ladies name but she was very helpful in the sister hotel, Palace Hotel, thanks to her. The breakfast offering was enough to satisfy most people. The staff each day were very attentive and friendly. The room cleaning service team were very good. All staff always smiling and offering to help. We had an issue with our safe on our day of check out and ISMITA help resolve this very quickly. Walkable location to the ferries, but a steep hill on your way back to the hotel, so bear this in mind. Overall a pleasant stay and we would recommend to other users ."

The staff were very helpful and always smiling and happy to see everyone, very welcoming. Less than a 5 minute walk to the promenade for the bus, so a great location, I would happily stay here again."
