Some of the appliances were a bit dated and you have to step into the bath to take a shower but overall the accommodation was great. The hotel is close to Earls Court station which was also a bonus. The staff were all very attentive, the room always well prepared, making for a wonderful stay. "

"Excellent location, 3 minute walk to Gloucester Road Tube station. This station provides access to 3 lines, including the Piccadilly Line to Heathrow Airport. The area is also one of the most upscale in London—very safe. You can also walk to many sightseeing destinations such as: Hyde Park, Kensington Palace, V&A Museum, Harris’s, etc."

"Fabulous hotel! We stayed on the 24th April for one night as a family Of 4. We were upgraded to a beautiful room with king size bed for us and double bed for the children downstairs (two floors). Also included nespresso coffee machine and complimentary fruit and macarons on arrival. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice of fruit and warm food. Great location too! "

"I loved staying at Gainsborough Hotel. As a soli traveller who is 140lbs(63kg), the shower was still tough but at least I had my own restroom. It was very quiet and I enjoyed staying. If someone is big (70kg or higher), then it will be very hard to take a shower. Other than shower, everything was perfect. I felt very comfortable while staying"
