Property was great and central location. Booked two rooms but only one was available when we got there. Had to wait for the second room to be available and it was on a different floor. As a family travelling together would have been nice to have two adjoining rooms.

I had booked a room with two queen beds for couple of nights at this hotel through Expedia. They gave me a one king bed with a sofa bed. I had booked the room at least a month and a half ahead. The front desk said I had to call Expedia to ask why I was given this room. Seriously!!!!!! If you don't want Expedia customers, then don't sell your rooms on Expedia. It was not cheap either. The customer service and front desk are awful. They have a water pitcher at the front for guests. When it was empty, there was no one there to refill. The person at the front desk did not care and said that it may be filled the next day. The lobby is nice and can accomodate a large number of guests if you are travelling in a group.

The room was great! Very comfy and clean. Me and my Dog has the best stay. The staff were extremely friendly and answered all questions. Breakfast was great!!! The waiter was awesome. Parking was a breeze. The pool is very small but clean it was a good relaxing time. Great food spot around and a dog park is not too far. Will be coming back!

The toilet was worn out with scratches. Rooms are done every other day. Not enough toilet tissues and i had to go downstairs to ask for it. It appers tgat i was overcharged tgan what was understood on expedia. The hotel not yet emailed me details after i called them specifics which they could expkain on phone.

I had an excellent day. I did not have the breakfast or use the parking lot. The room was very clean and the staff was very pleasant. The only suggestion I have is when people are traveling with the pets like I do occasionally with my cat, I feel the pets should be kept together. There was a dog in the room next to mine that Con constantly barked.

I had breakfast included which was limited options. Either an omelette or three eggs made fresh and pick from the “buffet”. The room wasn’t worth the price I paid as it was outdated. The air conditioning was very loud, the drawer wouldn’t close, the shower was slippery and clogged and for whatever reason the sink was running water when we arrived. Thankfully, I only stayed for one night.
