The smell in this property upon entering and in the hallways was so repugnant that we almost left immediately. We were in town for a conference. Our stay was F-Sun, there is no housekeeping on the weekend. The front desk staff was pleasant. The room was tolerable at best; the mattresses springs were coming through and stabbed us in the back. The coffee was gross. The little things and the big things need great improvement.

The staff was very helpful and courteous, especially housekeeping. No need for air conditioning, the heating was great. Did not have breakfast at the hotel.

Nice space for a decent price. Close enough to Hoboken and NYC. The staff was very friendly. The person who ran the breakfast buffet on Sunday was very friendly and helpful. We stayed here for a night to attend an event in Edison. We drove to this hotel after spending a tourist day in NYC. If you don't mind a 30-50 min ride from NYC or Hoboken train station, I highly recommend.

This is the second time we stayed here. 1st time was great - very clean... this time not so much. The lobby reeked of perfume - made me wonder what smell they were trying to cover up. The room's entry floor was sticky with streaks of black across it. It was very late at night when we checked in so we just cleaned in ourselves. The white towel we used came back almost black showing us that the rest of the floor wasn't clean either. My bedspread was all wrinkled while the other looked clean and smooth. 2 of the 4 pillows on that bed looked like they were stuffed with sheets. One of the ceiling tiles was popped up which was sketchy and we were unable to put it back in place. As for bugs - luckily the only one we saw was a giant spider above one of the beds. Breakfast was fine.
