"The place was in a perfect location, near to lots of easy walks and wonderful views, but in a quiet street away from the noise and bustle of just a couple of blocks away and with an attractive back yard. Though it is an older place it was very roomy and in very good condition and everything was in good working order. It suited us very well. Greg also communicated with us well."

"A nicely furnished apartment that was clean and modern with lots of handy items for food preparation. Well located for Katoomba, however there is NO parking - as it is so central, all surrounding parking is for a maximum of one hour every day, which is very inconvenient if you have a car and are travelling as a family. Also lots of little annoying things like flat batteries in TV remotes, no salt and pepper in the shakers provided and I also had to follow up the managers to receive check in...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nicole's beautifully appointed studio. We were very impressed with the care and thought put in to all of the special details provided in the studio. We loved the fact that it was immaculately clean and also within walking distance of all the cafes, restaurants and amenities of the village. The bed was extremely comfortable and the gas fire and air conditioning made it very cosy. We would highly recommend this property. A 10/10 from us."

"Just checked out this morning and spent the weekend there for UTA. Short walk to Scenic World and this year the 100km race went past the house so we could cheer people from the front driveway. House is so warm with the central heating throughout. It was just the two of us but the house is huge and caters for many more. Very comfortable stay. Cleaners just need to check under furniture and bedrooms for any rubbish and lost property as we found some on our arrival. This wouldn't stop us from...

The unique historical features of the property were well-preserved and maintained. The room could benefit from a refresh, but it was still clean and in good working order. Great views from the room.
