Property seems a bit tired, as do the staff. Little effort to help us to our room with our bags, or offer much assistance at all. Entrance to the breakfast restaurant appears to take you almost into the kitchen. . Several "under maintenance " signs (e.g. fountain area on 2nd floor outside) appear to have been there for a long, long time. Room was clean and comfortable, although there was a lot of street noise. French doors leading to "balcony" don't fit tughtly, so sound rolls in. Balcony looks out on a parking garage - not conducive to sipping one's morning coffee while planning your day in Singapore.
