"Our hostess was very generous and let my friend check in early, which after a long set of flights from the west coast of the US was extremely welcome. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable. The location was terrific, an easy walk from the Castello do St Jorge, and the main square down on the river. "We arrived early but we were taken up to the apartment right away as the friendly cleaning staff were finishing up. Everything was as expected. Since we arrived from Porto by train the few minutes of walking to get here was great. Nearby grocery store and coffee shops too. What we appreciated the most was the kindness and generosity we received when we unexpectedly required an additional night. Albertino responded so quickly that the situation was not stressful at all.
