Charmin Ggraça is a two-bedroom apartment with modern decor and appealing. This apartment is located in Graça, one of the most typical quarters of Lisbon. In Graça Charm you may enjoy your holiday in the best possible way. The apartment is located on the second floor of a typical bulding. In the apartment you will find a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, kettle and more. The apartment has two bedrooms, one has a double bed while the other has two single beds.Graça is a neighborhood known for its history, hidden by its sights, as the viewpoint of Nossa Senhora Do Monte, or as the viewpoint of Sophia de Mello Breyner in the heart of Grace at the door of the building has a 28 tram stop of historiography, the best known tour of Lisbon. The less than 4 minutes walk to the metro station of the Intendente (green line), and just under 15 minutes are able to walk to the Rossio square. A few meters in the center of the District of Graça will find grocery stores and mini-markets.

Beautiful apartment with great sunsets on the balcony. 25 minute or less walk to all the places to visit. Good Portuguese restaurants a few blocks away.

Excellent option in Lisbon.

The property was clean and comfortable, Ana was very easy to communicate with, and I was able to walk to almost everything I wanted to see. The balcony was very nice for a glass of wine at the end of the night and the two doors in the main room offered a pleasant breeze. Ana leaves a good list of sites to see and restaurants to try so you won't be short of things to do while you're there.

Center of Everything!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Ana was a delight to deal with and provided lots of information. We love that we were steps away from buses and trolleys that could take us anywhere in the city. We also liked having a grocery and laundry nearby. Highly recommend!

A lovley time..

We had a lovley time in Lisbon. It took a bit of time to tell where we were located but once we did it was pretty easy to get around. Ana was so lovley helping us get in early, after a long flight fron Canada we really appreciated it! Thank you for letting us use your home!

Great place to stay in Lisbon

This is an amazing apartment in Lisbon with plenty of space. We loved the location and the balcony. Our only issue was the lack of AC with it being so hot while we were there, but fortunately there is a fan that helped significantly, especially at night. Definitely recommend staying here if visiting Lisbon.

Lovely apartment in perfect neighborhood

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood where real people live, and were delighted to find this gem. It is comfortable and well appointed, just a 15 euro taxi drive from the airport. Close to food stores, with a good Nepalese restaurant across the street. We were able to walk to several of the places we wanted to see, but also used the 28E tram, which passes the door.

Cute gem

Well situated apartment near all public transportation with bus and tram stops literally outside your door. Nice, quiet neighborhood in Graca, only minutes from all the activities in Lisbon. Somewhat outdated but great value.

Great apartment, Great Location!

Our hostess was very generous and let my friend check in early, which after a long set of flights from the west coast of the US was extremely welcome. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable. The location was terrific, an easy walk from the Castello do St Jorge, and the main square down on the river. Many wonderful, affordable and tasty restaurants are close by. The lovely couple running the Nepalese restaurant across the street were so kind and the food was incredible! I'd recommend eating there at least once during your stay. I would happily stay here again and recommend that my friends should too.

Excellent place

The apartment was well looked after and we were received by the owner which I thought was a plus. The owner was a very nice lady who welcomed us in Lissabon. The apartment is on the first floor and there is no elevator. That did not bother us. The apartment is in a street where tram 28E has a stop. It is the most iconic tram in Lissabon. We had a good stay in this place.
