Staff were great except the guy on reception on check in who was snorting and burping during the process. On the same night, trying to get the lift to work was almost impossible. Several guests stood trying to get the lift from the 21st floor for at least 15 minutes. Great rooftop terrace with excellent views. Breakfast was disappointing with very little choice and stale milk! Not a bad hotel overall but some easy wins to make it better.

The room was huge and clean. There furniture was modern, too modern minimalist for my taste, no drawers, wardrobe. No shampoo in the shower and only one hand towel for the two of us. Breakfast was excellent and the service was very good.

Os quartos precisam de melhor atenção. O primeiro quarto estava com problema na fechadura e no chuveiro. A manutenção não tinha condições de resolver de imediato.
