Terrific hotel. Owners very friendly and helpful regarding what to see and do. Pete, the owner, upgraded the room to another available room when he saw that we really could use another bed in the room. Ended up in a room with a spa, which was a vice treat.

Good location to visit Pohutu Geyser and Rotorua sea front.. Well equipped room. Swimming pool superb particularly after a long day sightseeing. Also had the use for free of a private jacuzzi. Staff very welcoming and helpful.

Lovely staff. Requested room with view and were given triple aspect with window looking onto pool, garden area at side and front. Excellent location close to lakefront but peaceful.
