We regret that not everything has lived up to your expectations and we hope you still want to give us another chance in the future to fully offer all our excellent services. In particular we regret that you have not found the bathroom slippers in the room, considering that it is a standard equipment (which in any case, all our guests are allowed to request directly from the reception). We also apologize for the electrical problem, but unfortunately you noticed it later, after our maintenance team ends their daily shift (an electrical problem that it would have surely solved the next morning). Obviously, finally, we apologize for the too direct response of our employee to your request to open the bottle of water in the room but at certain times of the day, given the large number of guests, it is really difficult for our staff to leave immediately the restaurant for small requests from the rooms.
