“I love Rome the best!”

I enjoyed this hotel from the time they arranged to pick us up at the airport until we left for our next town. This is a quaint hotel just like I remembered from my last trip 10 years ago. The hotel is small enough but big enough to have the services needed. It is very quiet and off the busy street. The staff was very kind, helpful and friendly. The hotel is in the perfect location close to stores, resturants, transportation and even in walking distance to many sights. The breakfast was perfect and something we enjoyed each morning. The hotel also had free wifi and had a computer that was available for customers. I would go back to this hotel.

“Convenient location for a reasonable price”

This was our third stay at this hotel. Great location. Convenient to everything, but on a quiet street. Staff was very helpful. Good breakfast. Room was very clean, but public areas are beginning to be shopworn. AC didn't work as well as it should.

“Quiet and Convenient”

Hotel Centro was a great Hotel especially considering what we paid. Located on a quiet street only a few blocks from the train station. Only hotels on this street so the noise level was very low, and its located very close to the main street "National" The staff was very friendly and recommended some good restaurants which there are plenty of right around the corner from the hotel that all looked great and were only a block away. The room was clean and comfortable (enough) just don't expect luxury. They provide a computer to access for free in the lobby. no bed bugs. If you want a convenient, clean, quiet and inexpensive, you can't beat Hotel Centro.

Great hotel, centrally located. Great staff, very helpful with directions, helping with phone calls, and the taxi. The room was clean and quiet, breakfast well laid out. Would recommend it for families who want good service for a good value.

“Very Impressed”

After spending 3 weeks in Italy and in 4 different hotels, I was hoping my luck would continue with my last hotel selection in Rome....5 for 5. Check in was a breeze. I was automatically given a map and asked if I needed any sightseeing information. Upon entering the room I was relieved to see that it was spacious along with the bathroom.....always a bonus. I can't think of 1 complaint. I most definitely will be back.

“Perfectly placed to explore Rome”

Hotel Centro is a clean and comfortable base from which to explore Rome. It is perfectly situated a 10 minute walk from Termini station (next to the Opera House) with good access to restaurants, fashion shops, Metro, tour bus stops, mini mart. The double room we stayed in was spacious, quiet with a small balcony with table and chairs. Although advertised as being refurbished, the walls in our room could do with a coat of paint to smarten it up. Bathroom looked as though it had been refurbed, except the sliding shower door was broken and unable to be fixed during our 5 day stay. Brekky was excellent, lots of choice ranging from traditional cereal and fruit to more European fare of cold meat, cheese, hard boiled eggs and pastries. Free access to internet on the communal computer was welcome. The staff are helpful, though providing some written info on hotel and local ameneties would be handy (ie no ironing facilities). Overall a good quality hotel and I would certainly return despite minor glitches mentioned.

“Excellent Hotel”

Hotel Centro was an excellent hotel. It is near the Rome Termini Railway Station, the Opera House and just a short walk to the Colosseum, Forum and Trevi Fountain. The rooms are very clean and the service is excellent. The breakfast does not have a lot to choose from, but is enough to get you started. Overall, we were very satisfied.

“Jewel of a hotel in a great location”

This was our second stay at this hotel. This time we arrived before 9 am and were able to get into our room immediately. Rooms are immaculately clean. Location is great - just a few blocks from the Metro and the Termini station - but the street is very quiet.
