“Bad experience”
This hotel is over priced. Here is why: 1-Hotel transportation is terrible. Name not listed on the shuttle stop at the airport. You have to ask for help to find out that it is the same stop as the one for Mariotte. The bus does not come on time. In my case, I had to wait over an hour and ended up sharing a taxi with another one. 2-Hotel nighborhood can't be worse. Scary to go out; dirty streets, old buildings all around. floor corridors are dark and lights are off. You are under the mercy of the motion sensor to work and kick on the lights. Good luck. 3-Room: Very small. Bad lighting design requiring the use of your room card. No clear direction o how to use any thing or do anything. Only a standing shower-no tub. Bad outlet layout - Have to sit on the edge of the bed in order to use your labtop while plugged. Terrible outside view. 3-Breakfast: Less than satisfying
“Convenient hotel near Rome Airport”
Very convenient location near Rome airport, located in a neighborhood of mixed residential and commercial. Comfortable, & clean with helpful English-speaking staff. Design of shower door caused leaking of water & wet floor. Provided computer in lobby to check in for flights & print boarding passes. Suttle very convenient both to & from airport, but driver was a bit scary at times. No guide for TV & only 1 English language tv station, no English language newspapers in lobby. Biggest disappointment was breakfast -- only cold foods and limited service. No restaurant or bar/lounge on premises, although ad stated these were present. Long walk to restaurants for dinner.

Good location, nicely appointed, but the breakfast was disappointing.
“misleading advertidment”
this hotel was advertised as being at the airport and having shuttle service but the shuttle only runs in the morning. We got to the airport at 1:00 in the afternoon and had a $30 cab ride to the hotel. The hotel is not convenient and not close to the airport. Big disappointment.
“Not impressed”
They advertised shuttle service to/from airport. Called from airport - told to wait over 3 hours for pickup when hotel was less than 3 miles away. Found only very limited times available. Had to pay for taxi both ways. Advertised breakfast buffet starts at 7:00 a.m. No coffee before for early travelers like us. We chose this hotel for shuttle and breakfast & got neither. No coffeepot in room. 2 single beds pushed together so big seam ridges in middle of bed. No clock, tissues, magazine, notepad. Open closet- 12 inches wide with 5 hangers. Good bathroom & towels. Staff not helpful.
“Great if you have an early flight out of Rome”
We stayed in Rome itself through the duration of our visit but had an early flight that could not be accommodated by public transportation. Rather than paying for a $60 taxi from Rome to Fiumicino in the middle of the night, we checked into this quaint hotel about 2.75 miles from the airport and spent the day before our flight relaxing in this small town. It was well worth it. It was a nice wind-down from the fast pace of the city, and the hotel was nice with a short walk to the small-town city center. The taxis are still overpriced from here to the airport (~20 Euros), at least by Chicago fare rates, but they do have a hotel shuttle. My one complaint is that this shuttle only operates within a 5 hour window beginning at 7:00 am and requires prior request for its operation (something we did not know). The staff at the hotel were quite congenial and helpful. They even arranged for our taxi at 4:00 am. I was told by Expedia that there would be a city tax to pay upon checking out, but this was never charged. However, this may be the result of oversight on the part of the hotel staff at 4:00 am, so do not expect relief from this obligation. If your expectations are to spend most of your time in Rome itself, this hotel would not be the most natural fit since it is a 20-30 minute train ride from the southwest end of ancient Rome plus cab fare to the airport in order to catch the train. If you wish for a quaint fishing town near the airport, this hotel is a great pick.
“Airport shuttle users please note....”
This is a great hotel for a simple night before you hit the airport before heading home....HOWEVER.... The free airport shuttle does not run all day. It runs in the morning a for a couple of hours in the early evening. We had to pay 18 euros for a taxi. Not what I expected or wanted to do. So keep that in mind.
