“Attitude needs improment”
There was no wi-fi, and I needed it to complete business transactions. I asked for change for the bus and they would not give it to me, instead I got rotten attitude. There is no ice and when ask for, they would only give me a half a glass full of ice. I tried to use the room refrigerator and they took my personal belongins out. The only thing good I have to say is the room was kept very clean. Other than that, I would not go back. I pay for the hotel and travel a long way, I expect good service and good attitude. The breakfast was ok, nothing to write home about. The neigborhood did not look safe at night, maybe it was me. The subway and busses were very close to the hotel which made it very nice to visist the City. I will recommend this hotel to if you are willing to put up with the attitude.
“not ImpressedBed”
Bed Springs hurt. Standing shower is too narrow and not comfortable to use.
“Disturbingly bad.”
We only stayed one night in this hotel prior to catching an early flight out of Rome the next morning. The hotel is in an okay location, but it is still a 10 minute cab ride from the airport, which will cost you 25 euros (no shuttle). The service is marginal at best. The front desk attendant was rude. The room was filthy: bed sheets were not even stretched and tucked in. It is as though as someone had slept in the beds and they didn't bother cleaning and preparing the room for other guests. Believe it or not, this hotel wants to cut costs so badly that they are economizing on soaps! We had to ask the front desk for a couple bars of soap so we could take our showers (not an accident; they are hoping you will bring your own). Also, even though our room was booked for 4 people, they only provided us with 1 towel. Called frontdesk to ask for 3 additional ones. The fellow wanted us to come downstairs to get them. We refused and asked them to bring them upstairs. When that happened, 20 min later, they only brought 1 towel. You will find much better deals, closer to the airport, for a single night of sleep. Don't stay in this hotel, as you will get grossed out and will regret spending money there. This is my first review in Expedia, as I felt compelled to share with fellow travelers one of my worst hotel experiences in Europe.
“Nt Impressed”
Hotel was located in the middle of a abandoned industrial area with no direct access to the road. Air condition did not work very well. Bed was not made when we entered the room. Bathroom was small and old. Hotel overall was dirty. The staff lost our passports. We left without staying.
“Uniquely Italian and charming. Check out the auditorium at the front.”
It is a charming but small hotel with the worlds\'s slowest elevator - which is okay since we were only going to the second floor. e met a charming gentleman in the the auditorium in the front of the hotel - look for it.
“IT SUCKED”
THE HOTEL WAS IN A CONVENIENT LOCATION BECAUSE OF THE FCO AIRPORT BUT THE MATRESS IN THE ROOM WAS TERRIBLE, I COULDN'T SLEEP ALL NIGHT, THE SHEATS WERE STAINED, THE AIR CONDITIONING WASN'T WORKING PROPERLY SO I WAS FREEZING, THE WATER IN THE BATHROOM TAKES A LONG TIME TO BECOME HOT...THE PRICE WAS AVERAGE BUT NEXT TIME I LL PAY A LITTLE MORE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE...OVERALL IT WAS SILENT AND THE ROOM WAS SPACIOUS.
“not impressed”
Make sure you bring a lunch. There is no real restaurant around. Bring your earplugs too!
