"We had a fantastic stay at this ground floor unit the first weekend of Dec! I was initially leary of a negative review, but Adam was very responsive and let me know he could be available quickly in person if I needed. The unit is small but met all of our needs. The property is great with access to view the bay right outside our door, or walk across the street to the gulf side beach area. We played pickleball onsite and used both pools and hot tub. Easily caught the transportation from the front...

"This is not on the beach. It’s across from the beach behind a building. So it’s not ocean front. It’s small but met our needs. The only issue was that the unit holds a lot of moisture in it and it felt like all the sheets and blankets etc were wet when it was raining. Also, there is no bathroom fan to get the moisture out. Black mold growing on the window in the bathroom. Also, the gravel you park on gets tracked in easily into the unit so take your shoes off before going in. Lastly, a comment...

"We enjoyed the room so much that we ended up staying an extra night! All of the staff were super nice. It smells nice everywhere lol. The hallways are spacious, the rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are spacious. The rooms are completely worth the price :) We didn’t get to check out the pool or breakfast so no comment on that. "
