Tidy, well-equipped motel room with outdoor grilling/dining available. We ate next door at terrific cafe with excellent view of river and mountain. Sunset was amazing. The motel was across from the river which was beautiful itself but also offered a walking track out to the ocean. Highly recommend that as well. Great place for great price.

Lovely 3 day stay very close to Bowling Club and Restaurant, nice and quiet and short walk to the estuary wall and walk down to the beach, lovely swimming pool and BBQ area.

I loved everything about this Hotel, it is my new stop over Hotel. check in was via a txt & a key in the door. the room was lovely, the bed was very comfy. the Bathroom was lovely. the area was lovely I actually want to move here!

Very welcoming. We were able to check in quite early which was much appreciated. Spacious and clean room. Comfortable bed. Beautiful new bathroom. Location great to explore many surrounding areas eg North Brother Mountain, beautiful Diamond Head, swimming at Pilot Beach and Dunbogan Beach etc.

Woongara motel is likely our go to from now when we visit the beautiful town of North haven and surrounds or for a stopover. The motel is perfectly positioned opposite the lake and short drive to the beach, cafes nearby. The place was nothing short of perfect -- great pool with a tropical vibe; rooms were spacious, clean, well equipped with all kitchen essentials and ample wardrobe space; modern and clean bathroom; large parking spot right in front of the room. Overall great stay, highly recommend!
