"Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples. The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too much water on the floor after bathing. I thougt it was an oversight but it created unintended inconvenience, besides making the foot/floor bathroom towel too wet too soon. This should be an easy fix...

"Had a lovely three night stay in this apartment for the reading festival. Easy 25 minute walk to the festival site and five mins into reading centre where we had brunch. It’s spotlessly clean, everything you need is provided including a small bottle of milk, teabags, and other bits and bobs. This was greatly appreciated thank you. Even better than those hotels I live in London. Location of the apartment is good, not too close to the city ctr which I found too noisy. "Perfect Seems a little over charged. But is a good apt."

"Very dirty place. Apartment is in the basement and they don’t tell you it’s in the basement. Hard to carry luggage on stairs. Uncomfortable bed. Bathroom is very dirty.pots and pans are dirty and out dated. Nonstick coating is peeling off from the frying pan. Don’t book this place."

"If located at the front of the building, there’s a lot of noise and light from the street and at all hours. You’ll need to bring earplugs and eye mask! Also, be aware that the hot water cylinder only heats overnight, so not unusual to have no hot water in the evenings! Building could do with refurbishment."
