“very pleasant stay”

The location is excellent with everything within easy walking distance. The on-site managers are friendly and helpful. The apartments are well maintained and clean as is the pool and spa. We would most certainly stay here again and recommend this place to all.

“Great Value for the Price”

We were not looking for a full service hotel, but a comfortable, convenient one at a reasonable price. Found it. Short walk to the beautiful beach, fine restaurant across the street, easy access to all the village has to offer. Cook in or eat out. Do laundry on site. Relax on the private balcony or read the local news paper in the private courtyard. Even had a gas grill for your own BBQ. Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgable, just not 24/7.

“Location,location,location.”

The location of Port Douglas apartments was perfect,pop down to the beach 2min,the street for a coffee or an icecream, 2min. Having ample facilities to cook we had the option to eat in and enjoy our meal on our balcony or just stroll a couple of min to enjoy a choice of a wide array of foods. The hospitality and service of the managers was superb always available to help with suggestions for eating or sightseeing. Rooms were impeccable. What more would you need. We will go back!

“Latitude 16 Port Douglas Apartments”

We loved the hotel overall & would recommend it to friends. Our only advice would be to provide an overhead light in the bedroom - it was rather dark & the bedside lights weren't quite bright enough. The staff were friendly & helpful & everything was clean. There were plenty of brochures available for local sights & activities & a barbecue & pool on site as well.

“Good, Clean ideal place to stay”

We found these apartments to be clean, tidy and no fuss accommodation. Ideal location in the main street a minute to the beach, shops and restaurants. We will stay here again the next time we are in town.

Great location near the beach and near the shops and restaurants. Good parking. Pool great. Really nice room to be in. Aircon broke down, but they immediately moved us to another room. Definitely recommend.

“Well located”

We found this hotel close to the shops, cafes and the beach. Well maintained and clean hotel. Although well located it is on a corner which can be subject to quite a bit of road noise. Still an enjoyable stay.

Great location, close to beach and restaurants etc. It's basic accommodation but comfortable.

“Almost fantastic, but...”

These apartments are in a great location, 5 minutes from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The rooms are a good size and layout. However a small number of things (which could be easily corrected by the hotel if they wanted to) detracted from the stay. First, the room was not properly clean when we arrived. Second, the room was not cleaned once during our 7 night stay (they were meant to clean it once mid-week). Also my wife and I both found the pillows very uncomfortable. So overall this place has a lot going for it, but the lack of attention to detail made it a bit disappointing.
