“An upmarket caravan park”

In beautiful surroundings this is basically this is an upmarket caravan park. It is over priced and imparts an air of meanness- there are no supplied tissues, no salt and pepper for example because it is 'self contained' and guests have to put out their own rubbish and wash up. There are notices above the sink threatening charges if the washing up is not done a touch that you might expect to find in a motel or road house. The onsite cafe and pool are good but the former is not open in the evenings.
