Property was amazing, food was good, childcare was an awesome option. Kids loved the pools and Waterpark. Restaurants were difficult to get reservations, no bottles or liquor in the rooms any longer, and no alcohol before 10:30. The staff was great, the rooms were amazing and comfortable.

We went with 2 of our children and another family with 2 children. Check in was quick and easy. We got the Nikte package so that we could reserve dinner for every night. Highly recommend that option. Especially since the buffet food was not good. The pools are great and the water park was a big hit with all 4 of the kids. The beach was beautiful and we liked the private feel to it. Unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy it at all do to a ton of seaweed. They do their best to clean the sand but the water is full of it. The BIGGEST disappointment for us was that there was no communication from the resort about the no alcohol for the entire weekend due to their elections. It would have been nice to know that when we booked our trip, so that we could plan accordingly. Other than the dry weekend we really enjoyed out stay here.

I must say my stay at the Paradisus playa de Carmen was very pleasant. Our concierge Jorge went up above and beyond. He surprised my kids in two occasions with toys and a cake and decorations for my son birthday.Also, I am never truly impressed with food in resort but the food was really good. Noas which is the buffet never disappointed. Overall, if you are trying to have a nice family vacation I highly recommend.

Property had great amenities and facilities for the whole family. The food at the restaurants was ok, but not great. Lastly, I did not like how much they differentiate service levels and reservation options for their Circle members.
