“Highly recommend”
: Highly Recommended-Definitely a great spot in Patong Beach! • Hotel Review: I loved everything about this hotel. There were so many to choose from in Patong Beach, but I definitely made the right choice. It is new, modern, comfortable and is in a great spot to be close to all the action but away to have peace/quiet and only a block from the beach and a great pizza place on the main drag. Would pay more for a hotel like this anywhere else in the world. I especially appreciated the fact that they let me take a shower the last day after I checked out before I had to head to the airport, a great service. The bar/restaurant is open air with a view of the side street and had happy hour 2-1 each night. If you get a room on a higher floor you can see the sea. I can't say enough good things about this hotel-2 free computers to use, tour desk on site that I used and was very happy with, small but useful gym and friendly staff.
“Very nice hotel with friendly staff and good location”
This hotel exceeded my expectations. Check in was pleasant: you sit on a couch and they bring you a nice cold drink while they sort out the paperwork. The hotel is very recent so everything is still in good condition. Rooms are big and comfortable and include a balcony with a sofa. Breakfast is very good, buffet style with a lot of choice. Staff was helpful during the stay. Hotel is within a few minutes walk for the beach but we ended up staying around the swimming pool as it's less crowded and quieter.
“Heaven!”
I cannot rate this hotel highly enough! It is located at the northern end of Patong Beach, just off the main drag. As a result it is minutes away from all the action but also removed enough to be a peaceful retreat. The quality of the rooms and facilities is excellent and the staff are amazing with the majority speaking exceptional english. Special mention to the bar & restaurant; they have the most amazing cocktails at reasonable prices and the food is out of this world, even the included breakfast buffet. You will not regret staying here!
“Wonderful hotel”
Wonderful stay, the hotel went out of their way to welcome us and ensure our stay was perfect. Unfortunately next to the hotel is a recreation centre and that was used for a rock concert 2 nights in a row. The noise from the concert meant we had difficulties sleeping when the concerts were on. However, the hotel itself was an awesome place to stay. Very contemporary, stylish and thoughtful.
“Fantastic stay”
This hotel is exactly as the photos show. Very well looked atfer & the staff are so friendly. You don't really need to get a taxi if you just want to go to town everything is close. We recommend the Nap airport transfers, it does cost a little more but well worth it if you don't like to haggle. The local taxi drivers drive very fast...not a pleasant experience.
“Nice new modern hotel”
I booked this hotel with expedia because it was ranked no 3 and good comments from travellers. The hotel is new, 1,5 year ago built, so everything is very new and clean. Its quite modern place, looks more like business class hotel, no character, all white walls/ furniture and blue cushions/curtains. My room day deluxe has no bathtub, room about 25 sq.m.,plus balcony. Very quiet hotel at the heart of Patong, we never used tuk tuk, all was walking distance, beach, shops and etc, and very safe. the food excellent in restaurant, try menu set. FREE WIFI in room and all over hotel!!!! DVD player, Flat screen TV, snow white bed linen/towels, slippers, bathrobes, digital scale,mini bar, room service ( poor choice) and not full time but it was fine with me. WE were there off season, the hotel looked empty, i wish got upgrade to bigger room... Patong Sea hotel is just next to Nap hotel and its same owners.
“Decent place to stay - probably great for partiers”
The lobby and restaurant areas are comfortable and stylish. The athletic room is small and stark - I could not get the AC to work for the life of me. The rooms are okay, but smell a bit dank and show signs of wear and failure to repair. The location is close to the Patong action, but relatively quiet when it's time to sleep. The activities office and desk staff were helpful. I do not recommend the room service.
