“fabulous- we loved the hotel.”
We found Club Andaman to be a great hotel. Situated in the quieter end of Patong Beach, we found its location to be excellent. The grounds are magnificent. The breakfasts were lovely, with plenty of variety. The staff were delightful. The rooms were comfy and the very roomy. The bed was enormous and the staff cleaned the room beautifully each day. The hotel is looking a 'little tired' in just a few places, (bathroom floor got wet when we showered) but I have heard that a major refurbishment is forthcoming. Even as it is, we LOVED our time at Club Andaman and would happily stay again.
“2nd Visit”
Good Hotel, reasonable prices, vast grounds, excellent service, good clean rooms, perfect location. A little tired in places but understand a renovation coming in 2011, lets hope the rates do not go up too much afterwards!
“'' For the Family"”
Our overall experience at this hotel was great. Travelling with 2 children aged 9 & 11 we had connecting rooms with a huge balcony facing the beautiful gardens and pools, the children would go to the pool, and explore the gardens by themselves feeling confident and safe. Breakfast was great, a bit of everything, but they do pack up right on 10.30. Staff are so friendly and helpfull, Bastile office manger exceptionally helpfull with a document we had to fax. They only negitive is selfish hotel guest reserving pool side lounges by putting towels on them and not being there for the day, I think the staff should monitor this as several times we had to sit on the lawn.

“Excellent hotel I could stay for months”
This hotel was amazing one of the nicest in the whole Patong beach area very attentive staff good food especially the buffet breakfast beach is across the road really clean and spacious rooms I would go back in a heartbeat 5/5 hotel
“Will always go back”
I have stayed at Club Andaman several times and each time has been wonderful. The service is outstanding, the staff friendly, the location is perfect. The breakfast in the mornings were very good with a wide variety to choose from. The only problem I had was this latest visit, the beds were very very hard and I was never able to sleep through the night on them. Otherwise I would definately recommend.
“Service great, But”
Service and staff are great but the Club Andaman needs an update. I understand it is either closing or being renovated in April next year so not before time. Other than that all as expected for a second visit....
“Phuket- for convenience and quiet”
This hotel is recommended if going to Patong, Phuket. Good sized hotel, simple features, yet full service. Excellent international morning buffet included in the rate. The hotel is across the street from the beach, and also has a nice Japanese styled garden which allows the hotel to be in more of a quiet area. No noise is heard from the streets, which is important. Yet you can take a 2-5 minute walk and be in the heart of everything. They have two pools, and activities going on everyday as well. They did stop me on my check out as they told me that I drank two beer from the mini-bar, which I never did. It turned out that the beers in the fridge were the right kind, but did not have the hotel seal on it. Something which is strange for me, and for no reason should have kept me waiting for ten minutes while they checked. Also one other bad thing was that the tour desk had the wrong flight time for me, so I ended up at the airport about an hour ahead of time too early, when I could have slept the extra hour. All in all though, a good comfortable hotel. If you want the quiet and yet want the convenience, this is a good place to stay. Have fun on your journeys!
“A good choice”
The hotel was in a great location in Patong! across the street from the beach,and far away enough from the hustle but minutes from it, if you wanted. The breakfast was amazing, the service was great. I would reccomend it if your okay with paying a bit more, but worth it to feel comfortable and safe.
“Nice Hotel on a Budget”
When we booked our holiday we were on a tight budget so picked this hotel on what we could afford. The actual facilities are great and garden area is very nice. Rooms were fairly basic with bath/shower 2 beds (pushed together), TV and balcony. We didnt spend alot of time in the room so wasnt a big deal. Staff were very nice. If you are on a budget go for it.
