Felt safe in building, we stayed for 4 weeks and during that time fire alarms were tested and equipment checked. clean everything we needed was on hand.

Great spot to stay to be near beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. Lots of parking available, serviced rooms each day and great views to the beach. Would Recommend these apartments and definitely would stay again.

Comms excellent. Rooms needed airing/carpets needed cleaning (musty smell). Beds super comfy. Could do with a few extra pillows. Noise from traffic as window didn’t seal well.

I didn't like the attitude of the receptionist. She was somewhere in the hotel when we arrived approx. 8pm. Had to phone for her to come down and waited 15 minutes to be let in. Feeble apology and we were told there is "only one of me". Not impressed after travelling all day.

Very good location. Close to beach, shops and restaurants. Good car park except someone took our spot and we had to change. Batteries in TV and air conditioner seemed to need changing. Apartment very satisfactory.

Lovely hotel right in Scarborough within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and cafes. Beach right down the road. We had a 3 bed apartment - so much space, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets and full kitchen. Will definitely stay again!

My husband and our two teenagers stayed here over the NYs break. Great location, quick walk to cafes, restaurants and beautiful beach. Hotel was good, cleaning staff were very attentive and accommodating. The only down side was that the beds were way too hard. By the end of the week, all four of us had sore backs and felt tired due to lack of comfortable sleep.

1. Bathroom door locks you in and cannot get out unless someone lets you out. 2. Bedroom door fell off rollers. 3. Shower dies not drain as floor too level. 4. Ironing board unsafe (wobly). 5. Good amenities. Very clean beds and sheets. Clean bathroom. Room service is good. I reported a basin drain issue which was fixed quickly on the same day. Carpets and sofa need deep cleaning. Stains are visible on them. Location is great and walking distance to the beach, cafe's and restaurants.

Stayed a few times now. Always clean and well presented. Only suggestion is to update the tv to either have streaming or include Netflix etc apps. Paying for movies in hotels is a legacy feature no one wants. I wanted shows on my iPad instead.

Great location and super clean. The lift was really painfully slow and hard to get it to move. It also took me up and down several times past my floor and the lights went out. It also didn’t go to the carark so we had to park the car and wheel our luggage down the driveway ramp to reception and then back again. Quite hard with multiple bulky suitcases. Even though it was non-smoking, it sadly smelled like someone had smoked in our room. The screens on our balcony were hanging off and being held up by strapping. It wasn’t a bad place, I guess I expected better for the price I paid.

1. Used man's boxers and used towel left in cabinet of 2nd bedroom. 2. TV not working and nobody came to repair it despite promises. 3. Loud noises from roof making sleep quite a chore, especially from the 3rd bedroom 4. No housekeeping (except removing rubbish) or top-up of coffee, sugar, milk etc after first day. 5. Hotel said there was no pre-booking of carpark lots which appears to be untrue, leaving us stranded trying to look for our own carpark despite requesting for carpark even before our trip. 6. Manager receives complaints and promised to look into it and send us e-mail offering us a complimentary night's stay but did not do so.
