“Great location and very nice linen”
My second time at this hotel, and I'm glad I returned. Great location in the center of Perth, a stone's throw from the shopping belt, a 10 minute walk to the edge of the Swan river. Best of all, I loved the beautiful white sheets and extremely comfortable pillows and mattress.

“An excellent location to visit Perth”
Our fives days at the Perth Holiday Inn was most enjoyable. The staff is very friendly and went out of their way to help us. The location is wonderful. We were able to walk to most everything we wanted to see or do. Our room was very quiet. The Cat buses have stops very close to the hotel. The two negatives about the hotel would be the internet access is expensive to use in your room. They do have an internet downstairs that is a bit more reasonable in cost to use.

The Holiday Inn was excellent. The check in staff were extremely helpful, the rooms neat and clean and the Concierge was oustanding
“Useful city centre hotel”
Found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Could not fault them. However in general terms the place is rather tired, and could do with a makeover. Then again, that would raise the tariff which was very reasonable. Swings and roundabouts!

Great price and perfect location for a shopping trip to the city. Clean comfortable and quiet rooms. Modern decor and great indoor pool facilities. No complaints apart from the restaurant service.
“Great Location Generous Rooms Courteous Staff”
This was an excellent choice of hotel for our stay in Perth. Central and well positioned. The rooms were a generous size, often hard to find in capital city accomodation. Well appointed and very clean. All the staff we dealt with were friendly, helpful and courteous. This hotel represents very good value for the tariff. We would definately stay here again.
