"Apartment is beautiful, in decor, style and a lot of thought has gone into creating this space. Had lots of personal touches and Serena and Alec are most welcoming and kind. Walkable into town and on main bus route to other towns. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Penzance, really is a hidden gem!"

"My two daughters and I chose Channel View for the lovely sea view and we weren't disappointed. We had the Ground Floor apartment, which was equipped for four with one large double-bedded room and one twin-bedded. The lounge, kitchen and bathroom were very modern and well-equipped. "Lovely little 5 night trip away. Excellent property, looks exactly like the listing. Was so well decorated and had everything we needed in it. Great location for pottering around Newlyn, Mousehole and Penzance and easy to drive to other locations. "The view out of the windows are wonderful, you have seaview from the bedroom& living room, I loved it. I used the binoculars and realized its Lands End, didnt expect it being so close- haha. "Everything about this cottage was good. Comfortable bed, bright living room with sea views, well fitted-out kitchen with washing machine - and all detached with garden, parking & good communication. The Sat-Nav took us right there, but had to park and locate on foot as the property is tucked away up a drive way - no big deal though! Beautiful coastal walks nearby."

An overall enjoyable stay and would recommend.
"Nice easy going environment. Welcoming staff. A 10 minute walk or short bus ride into town. Sadly no breakfast but I was very happy with what I ate off the menu - a gammon steak platter which sorted me out for the rest of the day after my arrival. Had a nice room (room 3) with plentiful teas, coffee, hot choc laid on overlooking their lovely sunny beer garden, which wasn't so great when I tried to get an afternoon kip on day 2 and a heavy rock band struck up. Unlucky lol, one can't choose to stay at a pub then complain about the noise, so as the old saying goes if you can't beat them join them, so I got out of bed and got a pint. Not my kind of music but the band were good at their game and created a great atmosphere amongst a happy dancing crowd. Only real let down was returning that night to catch last orders before bed only to find that the bar was closed and no other bars nearby, but all the action was earlier on and everyone was tired I guess and everyone else had gone home. I had beers in the room which they also didn't mind. Overall an enjoyable stay and I would have no qualms about booking there if I was to visit Penzance again."
